If you need to use Geneva Healthcare’s homecare services because you were injured in an accident, the cost of your care should be covered by ACC. Their no-fault scheme covers physical injuries including those caused by an accident, work-related conditions and injuries that happen at birth. ACC’s website provides more detailed information.
If ACC are covering the costs of your injury, you may be able to get support to help around your home. This support can be provided by care workers provided by Geneva Healthcare, who have a contract with ACC.
If you are living with a serious injury or disability, ACC will work through a Support Needs Assessment (SNA) with you to determine what kind of help you will need at home.
If you are approved for funded home help by ACC, you can choose who provides your care. We encourage you to choose Geneva Healthcare. We have a strong relationship with ACC and our support workers are friendly and experienced.
